Special Council Minutes of 12-22-2020 <br />Schumann moved for adoption. Ordinance 2020-140 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2020-141 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $1,000,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving, in <br />cooperation with Cuyahoga County and otherwise, Canterbury Road and certain other <br />designated streets between certain termini in the City by reconstructing and rehabilitating <br />the pavement base, adjusting, constructing and reconstructing catch basins, curbs and <br />curb ramps, manholes and utility valve and monument boxes, where necessary, repairing <br />the surface and resurfacing, in each case together with necessary appurtenances and work <br />incidental thereto; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, <br />a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement. Councilman <br />Schumann moved for adoption. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in a maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $1,000,000 to provide funds to pay part of the City's portion of the <br />costs of improving Brookpark Road between certain termini, in cooperation with the <br />Department of Transportation of the State of Ohio, by grading, draining, curbing, <br />reconstructing and rehabilitating the pavement base, and adjusting constructing and <br />reconstructing catch basins, curbs and curb ramps, manholes and utility valve and <br />monument boxes, where necessary, preparing the surface and resurfacing and providing <br />decorative lighting and landscaping, in each case together with necessary appurtenances <br />and work incidental thereto; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar <br />Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement; and <br />providing for the repeal of Ordinance No. 2020-103.
