Resolution 2020-153 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2020-154 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution dispensing with the formal RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter <br />into an agreement with Sedgwick in order to provide for managed care services and <br />administration of self-insured workers compensation program, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution 2020-155 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution dispensing with the formal RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter <br />into an agreement with PRADCO to provide pre-employment testing and police and fire <br />promotional testing services, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2020-156 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution dispensing with the formal RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter <br />into an agreement with Personnel Selection Services to provide entry level and written <br />promotional testing services pre-employment testing and police and fire promotional <br />testing services, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2020-157 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance granting an easement to the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company for the <br />installation and maintenance of electric service at the North Olmsted Recreation Center <br />property, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2020-158 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with iWorQ Systems for a <br />work order management program for Storm, Streets and Waste Water Treatment Plant <br />operations, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2020-159 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman <br />Hemann. A Resolution extending temporary outdoor patio dining areas, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilwoman Hemann moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings <br />as this was heard in caucus this evening.
