Special Council Minutes of 12-22-2020 <br />involved in the contract. The motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed <br />unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Schumann, Brossard, Williamson, Kelly, Limpert, Glassburn, Hemann <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Brossard and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Schumann, Brossard, Kelly, Hemann, Limpert, Glassburn, Williamson <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2020-151 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2020-152 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution approving of and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc. for Patrolman, <br />Sergeants and Lieutenant employees within the City's Division of Police for the period <br />January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2023, and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Councilman Schumann moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings as this was <br />heard in committee and there are certainly timing issues involved in the contract.
