A <br />Resolution approving of and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc. for Patrolman, <br />Sergeants and Lieutenant employees within the City's Division of Police for the period <br />January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2023, and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Councilman Schumann moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings as this was <br />heard in committee and there are certainly timing issues involved in the contract.
