Special Council Minutes of 12-22-2020 pay up to $1,200 to cover the costs of body armor vests. There are also unused sick bonus reduction and bereavement leave language updates in these contracts. Councilman Schumann moved to amend Resolution 2020-152 as discussed in committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Schumann, Brossard, Hemann, Glassburn, Limpert, Kelly, Williamson No: None Motion passed. Resolution 2020-152 amended 7-0. Resolution 2020-153 amended 7-0. • All three collective bargaining agreements are being requested for suspension of the rules as the old ones expire on December 31, 2020. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend Resolution 2020-151 to Council with suspension. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend Resolution 2020-152 to Council with suspension. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend Resolution 2020-153 to Council with suspension. Councilwoman Hemann asked to give a report on Resolution 2020-159, which is a Resolution extending temporary outdoor patio dining areas, and declaring an emergency. This is an extension of our original outdoor dining resolution, which expires on December 31. This extension will carry it through May 31, 2021. There have been some restaurants doing outdoor geodesic domes, patio heaters and fire tables for example. This is being introduced to make sure we offer every opportunity we can for our restaurants to continue to remain open and serving people. It will be overseen by the Building and Planning departments just like the previous one. There is nothing new about it other than an extension of the date. It does fit the requirement of something necessary for our community. Councilman Glassburn Chairman of the Intra -Governmental Relations Committee: The Intra -Governmental Relations Committee met on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 7:33 p.m. Present were committee members Glassburn, Schumann and Hemann; Council members Brossard, Kelly, Limpert and Williamson; Council President Jones; Mayor Kennedy, Director of Finance Copfer, Director of Human Resources Gallo, Director of Planning & Community Development Lieber and guests. • Discussed Resolution 2020-146, which is legislation concerning the contract with the Senior Transportation Connection. There was a discovery of an error in the fuel surcharges, but those typos will be addressed. It was asked to be on C
