Council Minutes of 4-06-2021 Councilman Glassburn moved to amend 2021-24 to break into two pieces of legislation. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and it passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Glassburn, Schumann, Brossard, Hemann, Williamson, Kelly No: None Motion carried. Resolution 2021-24 amended 6-0. AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION None. LEGISLATION Resolution 2021-19 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A Resolution Dispensing with the RFP Process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement for additional services from Records Imaging Service, Inc., for the purpose of scanning and indexing records for the Mayor's Court. Councilman Brossard moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Brossard, Williamson, Kelly, Hemann, Schumann, Glassburn No: None Motion carried. Resolution 2021-19 adopted 6-0. Ordinance 2020-145 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance Providing for the amendment of Chapter 1135 (One and Two Family Residence Districts) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, as amended. Resolution 2021-22 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Service to solicit quotes for the award of a contract to provide construction services for the 2021 Catch Basin Rehabilitation Program and declaring an emergency, as amended. Councilwoman Hemann moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as this was heard in committee twice and discussed at Caucus and the swift movement forward would be in the best interests of the City. The motion was seconded by Councilman Glassburn and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Hemann, Glassburn, Brossard, Kelly, Williamson, Schumann No: None Motion carried.
