Council Minutes of 4-06-2021 <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to amend 2021-24 to break into two pieces of legislation. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and it passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Glassburn, Schumann, Brossard, Hemann, Williamson, Kelly <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2021-24 amended 6-0. <br />AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION <br />None. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Resolution 2021-19 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A <br />Resolution Dispensing with the RFP Process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an <br />agreement for additional services from Records Imaging Service, Inc., for the purpose of <br />scanning and indexing records for the Mayor's Court. Councilman Brossard moved for <br />adoption. Resolution 2021-19 adopted 6-0. <br />Ordinance 2020-145 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance Providing for the amendment of Chapter 1135 (One and Two Family <br />Residence Districts) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, as <br />amended. <br />Resolution 2021-22 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Service to solicit quotes for the award of <br />a contract to provide construction services for the 2021 Catch Basin Rehabilitation <br />Program and declaring an emergency, as amended. Councilwoman Hemann moved to <br />suspend the rule requiring three readings as this was heard in committee twice and <br />discussed at Caucus and the swift movement forward would be in the best interests of the <br />City.
