Council Minutes of 9-7-2021 Roll Call: Yes: Brossard, Williamson. Glassburn, Kelly, Hemann, Schumann No: None Motion carried. Ordinance 2021-51 adopted 6-0. Resolution 2021-55 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Fiscal Officer. Resolution 2021-56 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning & Community Development to advertise for bids to award a contract to provide construction services for the Clague Park Restroom and Walking Path Project, as detailed in the specifications on file in the Division of Engineering, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to enter a contract with the lowest and best bidder. Ordinance 2021-57 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Kelly on behalf of himself, Council President Jones and Councilmembers Brossard, Glassburn, Hemann, Limpert and Williamson. An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Section 505.16 entitled "Vicious and Dangerous Animals" of Chapter Five of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted in order to adopt and follow State code procedures for determinations by the Animal Control Officer and to provide for judicial hearings of appeals, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2021-58 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Kelly on behalf of himself and Councilmembers Glassburn and Williamson. An Ordinance to amend Section 555.03 entitled "Specific Prohibitions" of Chapter 555 of the General Offenses Code entitled "Noise Control" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted for the purpose of modifying special regulations for specific activities occurring on Sunday's including, but not limited to, lawn mowing. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Glassburn scheduled an Intra -Governmental Relations committee meeting for Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 6:50 p.m. to discuss an appointment to the Arts Commission. Councilman Brossard scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare committee meeting for Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Ordinances 2021-57 and 2021- 58. The Mayor and the Director of Safety & Service are asked to attend. Councilman Schumann scheduled a Finance committee meeting for Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 7:20 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2021-55. The Director of Finance is asked to attend. Councilman Kelly scheduled a Streets & Transportation committee meeting for Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 7:25 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2021-53. The Director of Planning & Community Development is asked to attend. E
