Council Minutes of 9-21-2021 appeals would be heard in Rocky River Municipal Court. The committee voted 3- 0 to recommend to Council. • Discussed next was Ordinance 2021-58. An Ordinance to amend Section 555.03 entitled "Specific Prohibitions" of Chapter 555 of the General Offenses Code entitled "Noise Control" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted for the purpose of modifying special regulations for specific activities occurring on Sunday's including, but not limited to, lawn mowing. The primary focus of the conversation was lawn mowing. After a healthy Q&A it was voted to be held in committee 3-0 pending additional information such as what neighboring communities are doing. • Discussed next was Liquor Permit 00505510020, Adapt II LLC, DBA Scramblers located at 26435 Great Northern Blvd. This is a new permit and there were no objections from the Police Department.
