CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE, SALE, AND <br />CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO AND <br />THE STATE OF OHIO <br />OHIO DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION <br />(PURSUANT TO R.C. 5501.45 (E)) <br />This Agreement is entered into on the last date of signature of the parties by and between <br />the State of Ohio, by and through its Director of Transportation, 1980 West Broad Street, <br />Columbus, Ohio 43229, having its District 12 offices at 5500 Transportation Boulevard, Garfield <br />Heights, Ohio 44125 ["Grantor"]; and the City of N o r t h O l m s t e d, Ohio, 5200 Dover <br />Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 ["Grantee"]. <br />WHEREAS, under Section 5501.31 of the Ohio Revised Code, in connection with the <br />development and construction of CUY 80/1.90 also known as CUY I-80-3 (3) and also <br />known as CUY IR 480 -Section 25.40/0.00, Grantor acquired certain parcels of real property <br />to establish the state highway right-of-way including the following: <br />Parcel 76B-WD/E The Jewish Community Federation Vol. 13631, Page 181 <br />**has a storm sewer designated on plan sheet—in whose favor??
