Council Minutes of 12-07-2021 <br />Resolution 2021-78 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President <br />Jones. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase email security services from <br />MxHero at a cost of $19,500.00 and related Barracuda Email Archiver at a cost of <br />$6,000; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to <br />effectuate such purchase, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2021-79 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President <br />Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy and herself. A Resolution authorizing the Director of <br />Planning and Community Development to make application on behalf of the City of <br />North Olmsted for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the fiscal <br />year 2022 for the West 231 st Street Rehabilitation Project; further authorizing the Mayor <br />to accept the grant, if awarded, and to execute a contract with Cuyahoga County, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2021-80 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President <br />Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Department of Public <br />Service to advertise for bids for diesel fuel and gasoline products for use by the City of <br />North Olmsted as per specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor, after approval of <br />the Board of Control, to enter into a contract to purchase such products. <br />Resolution 2021-81 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President <br />Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a <br />one year contract with TAC Computer, Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair <br />services to computer hardware and software in the North Olmsted Fire Department, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2021-82 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President <br />Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a <br />one year contract with TAC Computer, Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair <br />services to computer hardware and software in the North Olmsted Police Department, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2021-83 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President <br />Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning <br />and Community Development to make application on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted for Cuyahoga County Supplemental Grant Program; further authorizing the <br />Mayor to accept the grant, if awarded, and to execute a contract with Cuyahoga County, <br />and declaring an emergency <br />Ordinance 2021-84 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President <br />Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance repealing and replacing Chapter 749 <br />of the Business Regulations Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Massage <br />Establishments". <br />Resolution 2021-85 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President <br />Jones. A Resolution extending the policy for temporary signs in nonresidential districts in <br />the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />G9 <br />
