Council Minutes of 12-07-2021 Resolution 2021-78 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President Jones. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase email security services from MxHero at a cost of $19,500.00 and related Barracuda Email Archiver at a cost of $6,000; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to effectuate such purchase, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2021-79 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy and herself. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Community Development to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the fiscal year 2022 for the West 231 st Street Rehabilitation Project; further authorizing the Mayor to accept the grant, if awarded, and to execute a contract with Cuyahoga County, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2021-80 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Service to advertise for bids for diesel fuel and gasoline products for use by the City of North Olmsted as per specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor, after approval of the Board of Control, to enter into a contract to purchase such products. Resolution 2021-81 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with TAC Computer, Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware and software in the North Olmsted Fire Department, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2021-82 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with TAC Computer, Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware and software in the North Olmsted Police Department, and declaring an emergency. An Ordinance repealing and replacing Chapter 749 of the Business Regulations Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Massage Establishments". Resolution 2021-85 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President Jones.
