Council Minutes of 12-07-2021 <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance 2021-69 introduced by Mayor Kennedy and Council President Jones was <br />given its second reading. An Ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and <br />other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2022 <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2021-71 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance amending the rates of compensation for administrative personnel in the <br />Division of Aging for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023; and otherwise restating the <br />compensation rates and descriptions for various administrative and legislative personnel <br />for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2021-72 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution directing the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County to pay the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2022 all money due and owing said City from any <br />collection source, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2021-73 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Cuyahoga County and <br />the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, wherein the City will <br />continue to implement a Community Diversion Program to hear status, misdemeanor, or <br />felony offense complaints involving juveniles through December 31, 2023, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Resolution 2021-74 introduced by Mayor Kennedy and Council President Jones was <br />given its second reading. A Resolution dispensing with a formal RFP process and <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Richard L. Bowen & Associates, Inc. <br />to provide engineering consulting services to the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution 2021-75 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with Procare Services <br />in order to provide maintenance and repair services for medical equipment used by the <br />North Olmsted Fire Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2021-76 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President <br />Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations <br />for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year <br />ending December 31, 2021 and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2021-77 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President <br />Jones. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase employee training services from <br />KnowBe4 at a cost of $15,460.00; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all <br />documents necessary to effectuate such purchase and declaring an emergency. <br />E <br />
