Special Council Minutes of 12-22-2021 <br />discussed in committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed <br />unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Brossard, Schumann, Kelly, Glassburn, Limpert <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Brossard moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Schumann and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Brossard, Schumann, Limpert, Glassburn, Kelly <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2021-77 adopted 5-0. <br />Resolution 2021-79 introduced by Mayor Kennedy and Council President Jones was <br />given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and <br />Community Development to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the fiscal year 2022 for the <br />West 231st Street Rehabilitation Project; further authorizing the Mayor to accept the <br />grant, if awarded, and to execute a contract with Cuyahoga County, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution 2021-80 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Service to advertise for bids for diesel <br />fuel and gasoline products for use by the City of North Olmsted as per specifications on <br />file, and authorizing the Mayor, after approval of the Board of Control, to enter into a <br />contract to purchase such products. <br />Resolution 2021-81 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with TAC Computer, <br />Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware and <br />software in the North Olmsted Fire Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Brossard moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as it was <br />discussed in committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed <br />unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Brossard, Limpert, Kelly, Glassburn, Schumann <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Brossard moved for adoption.
