Special Council Minutes of 12-22-2021 <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2021-81 adopted 5-0. <br />Resolution 2021-82 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with TAC Computer, <br />Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware and <br />software in the North Olmsted Police Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Brossard moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as it was <br />discussed in committee. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Community Development to make <br />application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Cuyahoga County Supplemental <br />Grant Program; further authorizing the Mayor to accept the grant, if awarded, and to <br />execute a contract with Cuyahoga County, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2021-85 introduced by Council President Jones was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution extending the policy for temporary signs in nonresidential districts in the <br />City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved to <br />suspend the rule requiring three readings as it was discussed in committee.
