Special Council Minutes of 12-22-2021 No: None Motion carried. Resolution 2021-81 adopted 5-0. Resolution 2021-82 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with TAC Computer, Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware and software in the North Olmsted Police Department, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Brossard moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as it was discussed in committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Community Development to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Cuyahoga County Supplemental Grant Program; further authorizing the Mayor to accept the grant, if awarded, and to execute a contract with Cuyahoga County, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2021-85 introduced by Council President Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution extending the policy for temporary signs in nonresidential districts in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency.
