Special Council Minutes of 12-22-2021 <br />Resolution 2021-86 introduced by Council President Jones was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution extending the policy to allow for temporary places of business in the City <br />of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved to suspend <br />the rule requiring three readings as it was discussed in committee. Councilman Brossard moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings <br />as it was discussed in committee.
