Special Council Minutes of 12-22-2021 Yes: Brossard, Glassburn, Limpert, Schumann, Kelly No: None Motion carried. Councilman Brossard moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Glassburn and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Brossard, Glassburn, Schumann, Kelly, Limpert No: None Motion carried. Ordinance 2021-88 adopted 5-0. Resolution 2021-89 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with iWorQ Systems for a Work Order Management Program for Storm, Streets and Waste Water Treatment Plant operations, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as it is essential to the health and welfare of the residents of North Olmsted. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Glassburn, Schumann, Kelly, Brossard, Limpert No: None Motion carried. Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. Ordinance 2021-90 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President Pro - Tem Glassburn on behalf of Council President Jones and all of Council. An Ordinance revising the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed unanimously. Councilman Limpert asked the Clerk if legislation would be missed if this was passed tonight with another meeting on the December 28. 13
