Special Council Minutes of 12-22-2021 <br />Clerk Massarolo responded nothing would be missed as the only item being discussed on <br />the 28th would be the Ward map. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Brossard and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Glassburn, Brossard, Kelly, Schumann, Limpert <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2021-90 adopted 5-0. <br />Ordinance 2021-92 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President Pro - <br />Tem Glassburn on behalf of Council President Jones. An Ordinance replacing existing <br />Chapter 927 (Erosion and Sediment Control) of the Street, Utilities and Public Services <br />Code with new Chapter 927 (Erosion and Sediment Control) to meet new and updated <br />requirements of the Ohio EPA associated with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES) Permit Program requirements. <br />Ordinance 2021-93 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President Pro - <br />Tem Glassburn on behalf of Council President Jones. An Ordinance replacing existing <br />Chapter 928 (Comprehensive Stormwater Management) of the Streets, Utilities and <br />Public Services Code with New Chapter 928 (Comprehensive Stormwater Management) <br />to meet new and updated requirements of the Ohio EPA associated with National <br />Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit Program Requirements. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />The 2022 Council Meeting dates were approved as written. <br />Ordinances 2021-92 and 93 were assigned to the Environmental Control committee. The <br />timing would be set by the Clerk at a later date. <br />Council President Pro -Tem informed Council that Council President Jones had indicated <br />the intent to have a virtual Special Council Meeting on December 28, 2021 to consider <br />the Ward Maps. <br />Councilman Brossard moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Williamson. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Brossard, Limpert, Kelly, Glassburn, Schumann <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Councilwoman Williamson excused 5-0. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Hemann.
