Special Council Minutes of 12-22-2021 Council should pay attention to variance as best as it can, but understood it would breakup neighborhoods. Councilwoman Hemann said she understood Councilman Limpert's desire but did not feel neighborhoods should be broken up to achieve it. Councilman Brossard asked Councilman Glassburn to clarify the map they were looking at reflected the changes proposed by Councilman Limpert in it. Councilman Glassburn said yes, it lowered the variance from 9.6% to 8.1%. Council President Jones said it seems there is a majority looking for a new version of the map and the recommendation was the Glassburn/Hemann map should be sent to the consultants and the appropriate action would be to have a map introduced on December 21 with a vote taken to adopt. There were no objections by the Police Department. The committee voted 2-0 to not object. Councilman Brossard moved to not object to Liquor Permit number 84189940215 for Speedway LLC DBA Speedway #3309 located at 2615 Lorain Road. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Brossard, Limpert, Kelly, Glassburn, Schumann No: None Motion carried. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with TAC Computer, Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware and software in the North Olmsted Fire Department, and declaring an emergency.
