Council Minutes of 04-19-2022 <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert <br />and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call. <br />Yes'. Ordinance 2022-40 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2022-41 introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Jones. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to apply for. accept, and enter into a Water Pollution Control Loan Fund <br />(WPCLF) Agreement on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for construction of wastewater or <br />facilities; and designating a dedicated repayment source for the loan, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Scarl moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal <br />committee review. Resolution 2022-41 adopted 6-0. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Council President Brossard scheduled a Committee of the Whole for Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at <br />6'.00 p.m. to visit the Chagrin Valley Dispatch Center. Also scheduled a virtual Public Hearing <br />for Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. to discuss O. 2022-26. <br />Councilman Glassburn scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Wednesday..
