Council Minutes of 04-19-2022 <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert <br />and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call. <br />Yes'. Glassburn, Limpert, Kelly, Gilchrist, Hamann, Scarl, Williamson <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2022-40 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2022-41 introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Jones. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to apply for. accept, and enter into a Water Pollution Control Loan Fund <br />(WPCLF) Agreement on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for construction of wastewater or <br />facilities; and designating a dedicated repayment source for the loan, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Scarl moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal <br />committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Gilchrist and passed 6-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Scarl, Gilchrist, Limpert, Kelly, Hemann, Williamson <br />Abstain. Glassburn <br />No None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Scarl moved for adoption. Resolution 2022-41 adopted 6-0. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Council President Brossard scheduled a Committee of the Whole for Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at <br />6'.00 p.m. to visit the Chagrin Valley Dispatch Center. Also scheduled a virtual Public Hearing <br />for Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. to discuss O. 2022-26. <br />Councilman Glassburn scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Wednesday.. May 4, 2022 <br />at 7'.00 p.m. to discuss R. 2022-31, O. 2022-36 and R. 2022-37, <br />Councilwoman Hemann scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings Committee <br />meeting for Wednesday, May 4. 2022 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss O. 2022-38. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before Council, <br />President Brossard adjourned the Council meeting at approximately 8:56 p.m. <br />J/� <br />/'l Z <br />Beatrice Taylor, Clerk Council Lo-LfKJ.
