Ms. Rarlick was concerned that she had not rccciced a call back from the Mavor. or her oftice regarding Irash pick-up at Cinnamon Woods. The Nacor apologized and explained that she was assured by the homeowner's association that the residents acre being kept inflated of the progress with regard to this matter. I.aw Director Gareau informed Ms. Bartick that the city code does not allow Cinnamon Woods to hake trash removal services. Ms. Rarlick was asked to speak wilh Service Director Kearney to a nswcr anv remaining yucstions. Icff Sturgeon. 3092 W. 231 ". Mr. Sturgeon commented that I-ily Lane is a pricare street and mentioned Ms. Bartick ma} not understand that point with regard to trash removal. 1 fe also wanted to congratulate the city on the new sewer truck. LEGISLATION Resolution 2022-21 introduced hM Mavor Ionca and C'ounciheontan I Icaann was given its third reading. A Resolution extending the l emporaq Outdoor Patio Dining Area Piogrant until April 30 20223, and declaring an eniergcncv, as amended. Councilman Liapert moved for adoption. I he motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed 7-0. Roll ('all: Yes: Gilchrist. Glassburn. Hentann. Kelly. I.impert, Scarl. Williamson No: None Motion carried. Resolution 2022-21 adopted 7-0.
