Council Minutes of 06-21-2022 <br />Yes. Glassburn. Hemann, Gilchrist, Kelly, Limpert, Scarl, Williamson <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2022-60 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2022-61 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids to award a contract for <br />construction services at the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), as detailed in the <br />specifications on file with the engineer, and further authorizing the Mayor, following approval of <br />the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Council President Brossard scheduled three special council meetings, the first on Monday, June <br />27, 2022 at 8:00 p.mwill be virtual, the second on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 8'.00 p.m. and the <br />last on Thursday. July 7, 2022 at 8:00 p.m. both in Council Chambers <br />Councilman Scarl scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for Tuesday, July 5, <br />2022 at 7'.45 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2022-61 and Service Director and WWTP <br />Superintendent asked to attend. <br />Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting <br />for Tuesday, June 27, 2022, at 7:55 pm. to discuss Resolution 2022-55. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before Council. <br />President Brossard adjourned the Council meeting at approximately 9:23 p.m. <br />b±tuu <br />Beatrice Taylor, Clerk o ouncil Lo d J.
