Council Minutes of 06-21-2022 Abstain: Glassburn Motion carried. Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kelly and passed 6-0. Ordinance 2022-57 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Community Reinvestment Area (C. R.A.) agreement with Fieldstone Developers, Inc. and 31351 Industrial Parkway, LLC. for the construction of a warehouse / office complex in the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance 2022-59 introduced by Council President Brossard and all of Council and placed on first reading. An Ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages; and declaring an emergency.
