An Ordinance <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Community Reinvestment Area (C. R.A.) agreement with <br />Fieldstone Developers, Inc. and 31351 Industrial Parkway, LLC. for the construction of a <br />warehouse / office complex in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance 2022-59 introduced by Council President Brossard and all of Council and placed on <br />first reading. An Ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement <br />pages; and declaring an emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules <br />requiring three readings and formal Committee view.
