Council Minutes of 08-02-2022 Ordinance 2022-68 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. An Ordinance establishing the "Fix our Fronts' Storefront renovation grant program and further authorizing the Mayor to issue grants to approved grantees, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2022-69 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to enter into an agreement with the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission to provide professional services associated with creating a Graphic Information System ("G.I. S.") based zoning map, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2022-70 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. A Resolution dispensing with the RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Osborn Engineering for the purpose of providing Engineering Services for the Great Northern Bridge Aesthetic Program, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2022-71 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. An Ordinance amending the definition of "Apartment" in Section 1115.02 of the Planning and Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled, 'Definitions A -B, for the purpose of updating definitions associated with multiple residence district uses. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Council President Brossard scheduled a Public Hearing to be held at City Hall on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., to discuss Ordinance 2022-71. Councilman Limpert scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting for Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at 7.00 p.m. to discuss Ordinances 2022-68 and 2022-69 and Resolution 2022-70 and asked that the Mayor, Economic Director or designee be present. Councilman Glassburn, Chairman of the Finance Committee scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, August 9. 2022 at 7:10 p.mto discuss Ordinance 2022-64 and Resolutions 2022-65, 2022-66 and 2022-67 and asked that the Mayor and her designee be present. Council President Brossard also scheduled a Committee of the Whole to be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at 7'.25 pm. to discuss the second traunch of ARPA Funding and ask that the Mayor and her designee be present.
