Council Minutes of 03-15-2022 <br />Roll Call <br />Yes: Williamson, Kelly, Glassburn, Hemann, Scarl, Limpert, Gilchrist <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2022-20 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2022-21 introduced by Mayor Jones and Councilwoman Hemann was given its <br />second reading. A Resolution extending the Temporary Outdoor Patio Dining Area Program <br />until April 30, 2023, and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Resolution 2022-22 introduced by Mayor Jones and Councilwoman Hemann was given its <br />second reading. A Resolution establishing a policy to allow for temporary places of business in <br />the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2022-23 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />extending the policy for temporary signs in nonresidential districts in the City of North Olmsted.. <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2022-24 was introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to purchase two (2) new Toro Greensmaster Triflex 3300 Hydraulic <br />Mowers from Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation at a cost of $105,332.82 through the State Purchase <br />Program, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all contract documents, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting <br />for Tuesday, March 22. 2022 at 6'.55 p.mto discuss a liquor permit and the Mayor and <br />designee were asked to be present. <br />Councilwoman Hemann, Chairwoman of the Recreation. Public Parks and Buildings Committee <br />scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 7.00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2022-24 <br />and the Mayor, Recreation Director and designee were asked to be present. <br />Councilman Glassburn, Chairman of the Finance Committee scheduled a meeting for <br />Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 7.10 p.m. to discuss amendments to Ordinance 2022-18 and asked <br />that the Mayor and designee were asked to be present. <br />Council President Brossard scheduled a Special Council Meeting for March 29, 2022 at 7.30 <br />p.m. to consider the 2022 Budget and any other items on the Agenda. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before Council. <br />President Brossard adjourned the Council meeting at approximately 8:28 p.m. <br />Beatrice Taylor, tlerk(of Council Lou Airossard, President of Council <br />
