Council Minutes of 03-15-2022 <br />Resolution 2022-16 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Economic & Community Development to advertise for bids for the <br />award of a contract to provide construction services for the West 231st Street Rehabilitation <br />Project, as detailed in the specifications on file in the Division of Engineering, and authorizing <br />the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest <br />and best bidder. Councilman Kelly moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Glassburn and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call. <br />Yes: Kelly, Glassburn, Limpert, Scan, Gilchrist, Hermann, Williamson <br />No None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2022-16 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2021-78 introduced by President of Council Jones was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase email security services from MxHem at a cost of <br />$19,500.00, and related Barracuda Email Archiver at a cost of $6,000.00 and further <br />authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to effectuate such purchase, and <br />declaring an emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three <br />readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call. <br />Yes. An Ordinance to <br />make appropriations for capital improvements for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending <br />December 31, 2022. <br />Resolution 2022-20 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to purchase four (4) new Ford Explorer Utility Vehicles through the State <br />Purchase Program; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all purchase agreements, and <br />declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Williamson moved to suspend the rules requiring three <br />readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kelly and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes.
