I Ie makes <br />himself available 24/7 to answer any question and is proactive in implementing new <br />procedures <br />I cannot emphasize enough the importance of in leropernbility with area departments <br />this allows ru to monitor and respond to emergencies safely and efficiently. For <br />example, during critical incidents, his staff works together coordinating various <br />departments' responses culminating in a seemingly flawless operation.
