NOW, THEREFORE, BELT RESOLVED RY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OFNORTH OLI STED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOG.A, A NO STA TE OF OH/O: <br />SECTION I: That the Director of Law be and he is hereby authorized to enter <br />into an agreement with Michael P.
