SECTION 6: That the Mallo r is hereby authorized and directed to initiate the incorporation of said Community Improvement Corporation, entitled the "North Olmsted Communih' Improvement Corporation. consistent with the provisions set forth in Chapter 1724 of the Ohio Revised Code, and further is authorized to file Articles of Incorporation and other required documentation therefore. with the Ohio Secretar} of State: such Articles of Incorporation shall be substantialh in the form of the Articles attached as 'Exhibit A" and incorporated herein be retcrence. SECTION 7: That it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Coundl and that all deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in such formal actions were in meetings open to the public and in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 8: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, the nature of which is the immediate need Io establish the North Olmsted Community Improvement Corporation to pres'ervc and protect the health. sat ehand welfare of the citizens of the Civ, of North Olmsted. Therefore. this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor provided that it meets the statutory requirements for passage otherwise it shall lake effect and be in force from and atter the earliest period allowed by law.
