Council Minutes of 09-13-2022 <br />installation of storm water management infrastructure, while Director Pinchek discussed <br />the City's plan asking for $275,000 to the County to help with the installation of indoor <br />field turf and walking track and the Committee of the Whole concluded at 8:46 p.m. <br />Councilman Limpert, Chairman of the Building, Zoning and Development Committee. <br />The Building, Zoning and Development Committee met on Tuesday. September 13, 2022 at <br />7:13 p.m. Present were Committee Members Limpert, Williamson and Hamann and Council <br />Members Glassburn, Kelly, Gilchrist and Scarl, Council President Brossard, Mayor Jones, <br />Assistant Law Director O'Malley, Finance Director Copfer, Human Resources Director Kidd, <br />Director of Economic and Community Development Upton, Safety Director Scofield, Service <br />Director Kearney, Special Assistant to the Mayor Massarolo and guests. <br />• Discussed was Ordinance 2022-68 which was amended to include non-profit <br />organizations and that the application must create one job for $10,000 in grant funding <br />awarded. The legislation was favorably recommended by a vote of 3-0. <br />• Also discussed was Ordinance 2022-71 amending the definition of "Apartment' in <br />Section 1115.02 of the Planning and Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted entitled, "Definitions A -B', to be more in-line with real estate trends. <br />The legislation was favorably recommended by a vote of 3-0. <br />• Discussion was had to amend Ordinance 2022-72 authorizing the formation of a <br />Community Improvement Corporation, as an Ohio Nonprofit Corporation, and furthering <br />the Mayor to file Articles of Incorporation, and declaring an emergency, the legislation <br />was favorably recommended by a vote of 3-0. <br />• Regarding Ordinance 2022-73 authoring the Mayor to enter into an Economic <br />Development Agency Agreement with the North Olmsted Community Improvement <br />Corporation and declaring an emergency. The legislation amended the allowable salary <br />of the Director and the Committee Meeting concluded at 7:38 p.m. <br />Councilman Limpert moved to Amend Ordinance 2022-68 and was seconded by Councilwoman <br />Williamson. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes.
