Council Minutes of 09-13-2022 installation of storm water management infrastructure, while Director Pinchek discussed the City's plan asking for $275,000 to the County to help with the installation of indoor field turf and walking track and the Committee of the Whole concluded at 8:46 p.m. Councilman Limpert, Chairman of the Building, Zoning and Development Committee. The Building, Zoning and Development Committee met on Tuesday. September 13, 2022 at 7:13 p.m. Present were Committee Members Limpert, Williamson and Hamann and Council Members Glassburn, Kelly, Gilchrist and Scarl, Council President Brossard, Mayor Jones, Assistant Law Director O'Malley, Finance Director Copfer, Human Resources Director Kidd, Director of Economic and Community Development Upton, Safety Director Scofield, Service Director Kearney, Special Assistant to the Mayor Massarolo and guests. • Discussed was Ordinance 2022-68 which was amended to include non-profit organizations and that the application must create one job for $10,000 in grant funding awarded. The legislation was favorably recommended by a vote of 3-0. • Also discussed was Ordinance 2022-71 amending the definition of "Apartment' in Section 1115.02 of the Planning and Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled, "Definitions A -B', to be more in-line with real estate trends. The legislation was favorably recommended by a vote of 3-0. • Discussion was had to amend Ordinance 2022-72 authorizing the formation of a Community Improvement Corporation, as an Ohio Nonprofit Corporation, and furthering the Mayor to file Articles of Incorporation, and declaring an emergency, the legislation was favorably recommended by a vote of 3-0. • Regarding Ordinance 2022-73 authoring the Mayor to enter into an Economic Development Agency Agreement with the North Olmsted Community Improvement Corporation and declaring an emergency. The legislation amended the allowable salary of the Director and the Committee Meeting concluded at 7:38 p.m. Councilman Limpert moved to Amend Ordinance 2022-68 and was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson. Roll Call: Yes. Limpert, Williamson, Scarl, Gilchrist, Hemann, Glassburn, Kelly No None Motion to Amend Ordinance 2022-68 passed 7-0.
