Council Minutes of 09-13-2022 Ordinance 2022-72 Introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing the formation of a Community Improvement Corporation, as an Ohio Nonprofit Corporation, and furthering the Mayor to file Articles of Incorporation, and declaring an emergency, as Amended. An Ordinance authoring the Mayor to enter into an Economic Development Agency Agreement with the North Olmsted Community Improvement Corporation and declaring an emergency, as Amended.
