Council Minutes of 09-13-2022 <br />Ordinance 2022-72 Introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance <br />authorizing the formation of a Community Improvement Corporation, as an Ohio Nonprofit <br />Corporation, and furthering the Mayor to file Articles of Incorporation, and declaring an <br />emergency, as Amended. <br />Ordinance 2022-73 Introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance <br />authoring the Mayor to enter into an Economic Development Agency Agreement with the North <br />Olmsted Community Improvement Corporation and declaring an emergency, as Amended. <br />Ordinance 2022-77 Introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance <br />Amending Section 941.01 entitled "Classifications Established" of Chapter 941 of the Streets, <br />Utilities and Public Services Code entitled "Refuse Collection." <br />Resolution 2022-81 Introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Law, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to enter into an <br />agreement with Attorney Michael P. Maloney to serve as Special Counsel in matters related to a <br />law enforcement use of deadly force investigation, and declaring an emergency, as Amended. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings.
