Council Minutes of 10-04-2022 Motion carried. Ordinance 2022-84 adopted 7-0 Resolution 2022-85 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase a Field Turf Indoor Track for installation at the Recreation Center from FieldTurf I Tarkeft Sports Company at a cost of $290,031.50 through the State Purchase Program, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all contract documents. Resolution 2022-86 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a purchase agreement for the Grafton Swamp Wetlands Mitigation Bank at a cost of $126,000.00. Resolution 2022-87 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Purchase Agreement for the Pine Brook Wetlands Mitigation Bank at a cost of $150.000.00. Ordinance 2022-88 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance to make Appropriations for the Turf Walking/Running Track and FieldTurf Capital Improvement to the Recreation Center. A Resolution directing the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the Year 2023 all money due and owing said City from any collection source, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2022-90 introduced by Mayor Jones and all of Council, and placed on first reading. An Ordinance dispensing with the RFP process otherwise required by Sections 111.03 et seq. of the Administrative Code and authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval of the Board of Control, if necessary, to enter into a one-year agreement with the Walter H. Drape Company for the purpose of providing Ordinance Codification Services to the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. A resolution authorizing the Director of Economic and Community Development to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted to the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission to be awarded Community Planning Grant Funds for the Fiscal Year 2022; and declaring an emergency.
