Council Minutes of 10-04-2022 <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2022-84 adopted 7-0 <br />Resolution 2022-85 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to purchase a Field Turf Indoor Track for installation at the Recreation <br />Center from FieldTurf I Tarkeft Sports Company at a cost of $290,031.50 through the State <br />Purchase Program, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all contract documents. <br />Resolution 2022-86 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a purchase agreement for the Grafton Swamp Wetlands <br />Mitigation Bank at a cost of $126,000.00. <br />Resolution 2022-87 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Purchase Agreement for the Pine Brook Wetlands <br />Mitigation Bank at a cost of $150.000.00. <br />Ordinance 2022-88 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance to <br />make Appropriations for the Turf Walking/Running Track and FieldTurf Capital Improvement to <br />the Recreation Center. <br />Resolution 2022-89 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. A Resolution <br />directing the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />during the Year 2023 all money due and owing said City from any collection source, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2022-90 introduced by Mayor Jones and all of Council, and placed on first reading. <br />An Ordinance dispensing with the RFP process otherwise required by Sections 111.03 et seq. <br />of the Administrative Code and authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval of the Board of <br />Control, if necessary, to enter into a one-year agreement with the Walter H. Drape Company for <br />the purpose of providing Ordinance Codification Services to the City of North Olmsted, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2022-91 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Economic and Community Development to make application on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted to the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission to be <br />awarded Community Planning Grant Funds for the Fiscal Year 2022; and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Limpert moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and <br />formal Committee Review. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and <br />passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call <br />Yes'. Limpert, Williamson.. Scarl, Gilchrist, Kelly, Glassburn, Hemann <br />No None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Limpert moved for adoption.
