Council Minutes of 10-04-2022 <br />Resolution 2022-75 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Second <br />Resolution of City Council adopting the Mayor's proposal for new program initiatives and capital <br />improvements made possible by funds received by the City of North Olmsted from the American <br />Rescue Plan Act of 2021, and declaring an emergency, as Amended. Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings.
