Council Minutes of 10-04-2022 Resolution 2022-75 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Second Resolution of City Council adopting the Mayor's proposal for new program initiatives and capital improvements made possible by funds received by the City of North Olmsted from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, and declaring an emergency, as Amended. Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. Roll Call Yes. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to purchase a 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe from Ganley Chevrolet for the North Olmsted Fire Department, through the State Purchase Program, at a cost of $45,057.00 and further authorizing the Mayor to execute contract documents, and declaring an emergency, as Amended. Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. Roll Call.
