<br />• Discussed the At -Large Compensation for the 2024-2027 term. It was agreed upon
<br />amongst all councilmembers that the At -Large Members would take no increase for the
<br />first two years, a 2.5% increase the third year, followed by a 2% increase for the fourth
<br />year and the Committee of the Whole Meeting concluded at 7:22 p.m.

<br />The Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee met on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 7:00
<br />p.m. Present were Committee Members Williamson, Kelly and Glassburn and Council Members
<br />Hemann. Limpert, Gilchrist and Scarl, Council President Brossard, Mayor Jones, Finance
<br />Director Copfer, Human Resources Director Kidd, Director of Economic and Community
<br />Development Upton, Safety Director Scofield, Service Director Kearney, Recreation and Public
<br />Engagement Director Pinchek, Special Assistant to the Mayor Massarolo and guests.
<br />• Discussed Liquor Permit #8112886 Shreeji Grocer, LLC DBA Olmsted Beverage and
<br />Lottery, located at 23555 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070. After review by the
<br />police department and there being no current issues, a motion was made to not object to
<br />the liquor permit and the motion passed with a vote of 3-0 and the Committee Meeting
<br />concluded at 7.02 p.m.
<br />Councilwoman Williamson moved to not object to Liquor Permit #8112886 Shreeji Grocer, LLC
<br />DBA Olmsted Beverage and Lottery, located at 23555 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070.
<br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Kelly and passed 6-0.

<br />The Finance Committee met on Tuesday., October 11, 2022 at 705 p.m. Present were
<br />Committee Members Glassburn, Williamson and Limpert and Council Members Hemann. Kelly,
<br />Gilchrist and Scarl, Council President Brossard. Mayor Jones, Finance Director Copfer, Human
<br />Resources Director Kidd, Director of Economic and Community Development Upton, Safety
<br />Director Scofield, Service Director Kearney, Recreation and Public Engagement Director
<br />Pinchek, Special Assistant to the Mayor Massarolo and guests.
<br />• Discussed Resolution 2022-89. A Resolution directing the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga
<br />County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the Year 2023 all money due
<br />and owing said City from any collection source, and declaring an emergency, the
<br />legislation was favorably recommended by a vote of 3-0.
<br />• Discussed Ordinance 2022-90. An Ordinance dispensing with the RFP process
<br />otherwise required by Sections 111.03 et seq. of the Administrative Code and
<br />authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval of the Board of Control, if necessary, to enter
<br />into a one-year agreement with the Walter H. Drane Company for the purpose of
<br />providing Ordinance Codification Services to the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an
<br />emergency. The legislation was favorably recommended by a vote of 3-0.
<br />• Discussed Ordinance 2022-92. An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter
<br />131.99(c) of the Administrative Code entitled "Mayor' in order to create the position of
<br />Part -Time Support Personnel within the Office of Mayor, Division of Mayor's Court and
<br />declaring an emergency. The legislation was favorably recommended by a vote of 3-0
<br />and the Committee Meeting concluded at 7.15 p.m.
