Council Minutes of 11-01-2022 requiring three readings and formal Committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. Roll Call Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Williamson, Scarl, Kelly, Hamann, Gilchrist No: None Motion carried. Mr. Limpert voted yes with comment to note that this is just some clean-up of language and has no objections to suspension. Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. Roll Call Yes. Glassburn, Limpert, Gilchrist, Hemann, Kelly, Scarl Williamson No None Motion carried. Ordinance 2022-107 adopted 7-0. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting for Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 7.15 p.m. via GoToMeeting, to discuss Ordinance 2022- 98 and the Mayor or her designee are asked to attend. Councilman Glassburn scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Wednesday, November 9, 2022 a1 7125 p.m. via GoToMeeting, to discuss Ordinance 2022-105 and the Finance Director or designee are asked to attend. Councilman Kelly scheduled a Streets and Transportation Committee meeting for Wednesday.. November 9, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. via GoToMeeting, to discuss Ordinance 2022-99 and Resolutions 2022-101 and 2022-102 and the Economic Development Director and Service Director are asked to attend. Councilman Glassburn moved to excuse the absence of Council President Brossard. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Roll Calf Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Scarl, Williamson, Kelly, Gilchrist, Hamann No None Motion carried. Council President Brossard is excused by a vote of 7-0.
