Council Minutes of 11-01-2022 <br />Ordinance 2022-103 was introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading and requested <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings and formal Committee review. An Ordinance <br />Amending Sections 2 and 3 of Ordinance No. 2022-77 to increase the maximum interest rates <br />due to market conditions, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved to <br />suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal Committee review. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call <br />Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Kelly, Hamann, Gilchrist, Williamson, Scarl <br />No. None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert <br />and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Gilchrist, Hemann, Kelly, Williamson, Scarl <br />No None <br />Motion carried. An Ordinance <br />Amending Section 179.02 of the Administrative Code Entitled 'The Department of Economic <br />and Community Development," to clarify the duties of the Director of Economic and Community <br />Development, and declaring an emergency.
