Pretreatment/Diosolid ('nor. <br />Dept.: Public Soixiee Employment Status: Pull - limo <br />Reports to: Director of Service EISA Status: <br />Normal Hours: 40 hours pcir week Civil Seryice Status: <br />GENERAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Appointed by the Director of Service and working under the managerial direction of the Wasteuntcr <br />Superintendent, the Pretreatment/Rio-solids Coordinator is responsible to assist the Superintendent by <br />performing secretarial functions such as:, scheduling, recording, and intonnation retrieval duties: to aide and <br />promote the efficient operations of the North Olmsted Wastewater "I reatmcm ]']am and to perform ur assist <br />with all aspects of the operations of the Wastewat i Depart nent with regards to routine, varied and diffictdt <br />work involving the preparation and maintenance of various forms required of assigned dep:uamenl(s). i_c.. <br />personnel loans, invoices, work order, purchase orders of service related -records, assists with payroll. time <br />clock records. The Prelrealment/Rio-solids Courdinafor also conductsjob specific tasks not limited to sample <br />collection, rerouted inspections, remote water sampling, completion ofchain of custody forms. matches invoices <br />and hauling manifest with sample profiles, and update contact information for suppliers and external partners, <br />and support and facilitate the completion of reuular reports and service contracts. <br />QUALIFICATIONS: An example of acceptable auulificakaw <br />High School or GED equivalent supplemented by Cmrl6ework in business or secretarial science, computer <br />applications utilization and sutiicieotly resprnrsi life administrative support experience, plus two (2) years practical <br />experience in general office cavil onment (government experience preferred); experience is preparation of request <br />for proposals and/or contracts relative city -related projects; of an equivalent unnbination of related education and <br />experience. <br />LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: <br />Malpossess a valid Slate of Ohio Driver's License; the ability to maintain insurability under the City's vehicle <br />insurance policy. <br />EQUIPMENT OPERATED: The following are examples unh and are not intended to he all inclusive: <br />Personal computer, printer, copy machine, fax machine, other standard business office equipment, motor <br />vehicle, auto -sampler & traffic consul devices_ <br />INHERENTLY HAZARDOCS OR PHYSICALLY DEMANDING WORKING CONDITIONS: <br />The employee works with and around chemicals found in an office em irumnent (toner, correction fluid, etc.). <br />occasionally required to stand, walk. stoop_ kneel, crouch, of crawl on even and uneven surfaces: occasionally <br />required to lift, carry, push or pull objects 30 lbs. or less, <br />Note: In accordance with the ll.s.
