19_ The City alleges upon information and belief, based on its prior demands to obtain comp':iance with the law, that neither Defendants or other third panics is willing to abate the nuisance and bring said premises into compliance with applicable law. 20. fhatthe Court invite lienholders to abate the public nuisance and/or authorize the appointment of a receiver, to be funder authorized by Order of this Court to abate said public nuisance_ 21.
