All Unsafe Structures or Unsafe Premises are declared to he public nuisances <br />11, Defendants have been notifed by the Coy repeatedly. including criminal Complaint,;, but have <br />failed, after reasonable time and opportunity to abate the nuisance eocdtions- <br />12. Defendants are conducting a public ruisanee and are guilty- of maintaining a nuisance in <br />violation of R.C_ §3767.02. <br />13.
