Special Council Minutes of 11-29-2022 <br />Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. Ordinance 2022-114 adopted 6-0. <br />Ordinance 2022-115 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance <br />amending the rates of compensation for Administrative Personnel to add a Building <br />Commissioner, Master Plans Examiner and Pretreatment Biosolids Coordinator for the years <br />2022 and 2023; and otherwise restating the compensation rates and descriptions for various <br />Administrative and Legislative Personnel for the Years 2022 and 2023, and declaring an <br />emergency, as amended. Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three <br />readings. An Ordinance <br />establishing new and revised Program Fee Ranges for use of Park and Recreation Facilities, <br />and further restating said program fees, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2022-117 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Poolside Adventures to install an aquatic <br />climbing wall at the Recreation Center, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2022-118 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance <br />authorizing the Director of Public Safety to contract for and proceed with demolition and removal <br />of unsafe structures located at 28757 Dining Drive, in the City of North Olmsted, as a public <br />nuisance, and further directing that abatement costs be Certified as a lien upon said parcel, <br />pursuant to R.C. 715.261, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kelly moved to suspend <br />the rules requiring three readings.
