Council Minutes of 12-06-2022 <br />Roll Call <br />Yes: Scarl, Gilchrist, Williamson, Limpert, Kelly, Hemann, Glassburn <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Limpert voted yes with comment to state that he believe the Administration is taking a <br />prudent approach to get this implemented to benefit the residents and managing our budget and <br />thanked the Mayor for bringing this forth. <br />Councilman Scarl moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Gilchrist <br />and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call <br />Yes: Scarl. Gilchrist, Glassburn, Hemann, Kelly, Limpert, Williamson <br />No. None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2022-121 adopted 7-0. <br />Mr. Glassburn voted yes with comment to state that he is glad this is moving forward but also <br />looks forward to future next steps for condominiums or other residents that are negatively <br />impacted. <br />Ordinance 2022-123 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. An Ordinance to <br />make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of <br />North Olmsted for the Year ending December 31. 2022 and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2022-124 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. An Ordinance <br />amending and reestablishing Section 139.99 of Chapter 139 of the Administrative Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Department of Public Safety," in order <br />to create the position of "Part Time Master Plans Examiner" within the Division of Building. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Council President Brossard announced that the format for the December 20, 2022 Council <br />meeting has changed to virtual. <br />Councilman Glassburn scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday.
