REFUSAL OF SERVICE the Contractor shall have the ability to refuse service to a Passenger if it is believed the Passenger cannot be transported safelc or the Passenger is disruptive, abusive, inunicated or it there are other significant health and m,Itue concenu. All s,rvioc denial6 shall be reported to the Recipieui s designee within a rcasonahle lime. SERVICE INTERRUPTION In cases where service is interrupted because of vehicle breakdown, accident or similar service interruption. the Contractor shall send a relief vehicle and)or driver to resume service as soon as possible. SECTION 6: ACCIDENTS 11 a passenger rcquirrs LMS assistance due m an accident that occurs while the Comractor is providing the transportation service. the Driver will notify Dispatch and Dispatch µ'ill notify a family memberoremergency contact. SECTION 7: REPORTING The Contractorsimll provide reports upon requ ti[that include: A) htfonnation as may be requ'u'ed by Federal Transit Administration and the Ohio Department of -I ransportation and 'mfortnation requested by the Metropolitan Planning Recipient Organlvation (MI'O). R) Amy specialized repnrfs as may be required by Recipient to fulfill existing funding agreements or regulatory requirements.
