February 22 2023 <br />RE Request for Proposal First Responder Wellness Program <br />1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION <br />The City of North Olmsted invites your proposal to provide Wellness Program Services for <br />the safety forces/first responders to include police officers. firefighter/paramedics_ and <br />dispatchers_ <br />The City intends to establish a term contract with an area professional health and wellness <br />provider organization to develop and implementin partnership with our first responders a <br />(1) wellness education curriculum and (2) menu of services <br />This is a grant -funded program that will conclude by December 31. 2024 and is riot to <br />exceed grant award of $259.700. <br />2. PROGRAM COORD_I_N_AI ION <br />Jennifer Scofield Director of Public Safetywill be the overall coordinator for this program <br />All inquiries and finished proposals relating to this request shall be addressed to <br />Jennifer Scofield. CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSALS <br />A The City does not obligate itself to accept any proposal. <br />B The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and will have no liability <br />whatsoever to any Proposer whose proposal is not accepted <br />C Any assumptions made by the Proposer in preparing the proposal must be listed <br />separately and attached to the proposal in writing. <br />D Acceptance of a proposal will not constitute an agreement between the Proposer and <br />the City Any proposal will not be binding on the City unless and until an Agreement <br />covering all conditions and provisions of the First Responder Wellness Program <br />
