Council Minutes of 02-21-2023 None RVIgIFe\1B]F. Resolution 2023-3 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Motorola to purchase fifty (50) Motorola Watchguard Body Cameras, together with related technical assistance, for deployment by the North Olmsted Division of Police, at a cost of $139,569.00 through the State Purchase Program and funded through grant funds from the Ohio Office of Criminal Justice Services and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Madden and passed 7-0. Roll Call: Yes: Williamson, Madden, Limped, Gilchrist, Hemann, Glassburn, Scarl No: None Motion carried. Resolution 2023-3 adopted 7-0. An Ordinance amending and restating Section 957.01 of Chapter 957 (Alcoholic Beverages on Public Grounds) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted in order to permit beer and wine to be sold and consumed at the "Saturday in the Park Concert Series," and declaring an emergency.
