Council Minutes of 03-21-2023 Resolution 2023-35 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. Councilman Limpert moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal Committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed 6-0.
