Council Minutes of 03-21-2023 <br />Ordinance 2023-42 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. An Ordinance Amending <br />Section 139.99(a) of Chapter 139 of the Administrative Code entitled "Department of Public Safety;' for <br />the purpose of adding a part time, seasonal position within the Department of Public Safety for the <br />purpose of providing services for the annual Deer Population Management Program. <br />Council President Brossard formally appointed Ms. Anne Hodge to the Community Improvement <br />Corporation Board of Directors for Council's approval, pursuant to Ordinance 2022-72. Councilman Scarl <br />moved to appoint Ms. Anne Hodge to the Community Improvement Corporation Board of Directors. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Gilchrist and passed 6-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Scarl, Gilchrist, Glassburn, Limpert, Madden, Williamson <br />No: None <br />Motion Carried. Ms. Anne Hodge was appointed to the Community Improvement Corporation Board of <br />Directors 6-0. <br />A motion to approve City Council, Council Committees, and Boards and Commissions the option to hold <br />virtual meetings until December 31, 2023 was made by Councilman Scarl. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Limpert and passed 6-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Scarl, Limpert, Glassburn, Gilchrist, Williamson, Madden <br />No: None <br />Motion Carried. Approval to allow City Council, Council Committees, and Boards and Commissions the <br />option to hold virtual meetings until December 31, 2023 passed 6-0. <br />Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting for <br />Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2023-38 and Ordinances 2023-39 and <br />2023-42. The Mayor and/or designee and the Law Director were asked to attend. <br />Councilman Scarl scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at <br />7:10 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2023-35. The Mayor and/or designee and the Service Director were <br />asked to attend. <br />Councilman Glassburn scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 7:15 p.m. <br />to discuss Resolution 2023-37. The Mayor and/or designee and the Safety Director were asked to <br />attend. <br />Councilman Madden scheduled a Streets and Transportation Committee meeting for Tuesday, April 4, <br />2023, at 7:20 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2023-36. The Mayor and/or designee and the Service Director <br />were asked to attend. <br />
