An Ordinance <br />authorizing the Director of Public Safety to contract for and proceed with demolition and <br />removal of unsafe structure located at 24094 Frank Street, in the City of North Olmsted, as a <br />public nuisance, and further directing that abatement costs be certified as a lien upon said <br />Parcel 231-23-026, pursuant to R.C. 715.261, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilwoman Williamson moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. An Ordinance <br />Amending Section 139.99(a) of Chapter 139 of the Administrative Code entitled "Department of <br />Public Safety," for the purpose of adding a part time, seasonal position within the Department <br />of Public Safety for the purpose of providing services for the annual Deer Population <br />Management Program. <br />Ordinance 2023-43 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. An Ordinance <br />authorizing an Income Tax Revenue Sharing Agreement among the City of North Olmsted and <br />the North Olmsted City School District; and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2023-44 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with CDW Corporation (also known as "CDW-G") <br />to purchase data equipment for installation at the North Olmsted Recreation Center to improve <br />Wi-Fi capacity, at a cost of $137,901.49 through the State Purchase Program, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance 2023-45 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading.
