Resolution 2023-34 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2023-18 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance <br />Amending Section 1118.13 of the Planning and Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted entitled, "Offices and Services", in order to limit the location of specified <br />uses. <br />Resolution 2023-35 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to Advertise for bids for Leaf Collection Services as per <br />the specifications on file and, after approval by the Board of Control, further authorizing the <br />Mayor to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder. <br />Resolution 2023-36 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for rock salt for roadway ice and <br />snow removal for use by the City of North Olmsted, as detailed in specifications on file and <br />further authorizing the Director of Public Service, after approval by the Board of Control, to <br />enter into a contras with the lowest and best bidder. <br />Resolution 2023-3: ntroduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Mad Bomber fireworks productions to <br />provide a fireworks display for 2023, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2023-38 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a cooperative agreement in partnership with the North <br />Olmsted City School District to deploy an additional School Resource Officer (S.R.O.) to increase <br />public safety services, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilwoman Williamson moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings.
