Council Minutes of 05-03-2023 <br />Roll Call <br />Yes: Williamson, Madden, Scarl, Hemann, Limpert, Glassburn, Gilchrist <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2023-48 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2023-49 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Economic and Community Development to solicit Statements of qualifications for <br />Architectural Services for various City projects through Calendar Year 2024, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Limpert moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilwoman Williamson and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Limpert, Williamson, Madden, Hemann, Glassburn, Scarl, Gilchrist <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and <br />passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Limpert, Williamson, Scarl, Glassburn, Hemann, Madden, Gilchrist <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2023-49 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2023-55 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution adopting the <br />Alternative Tax Budget of the City of North Olmsted for the Fiscal Year beginning January 1, 2024, and <br />submitting the same to the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer and its Budget Commission, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution 2023-56 introduced by Mayor Jones, was placed on first reading and suspension of the rules <br />requested. A Resolution dispensing with the formal RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into <br />an agreement with SIXMO company to provide construction management services for the Senior Center <br />and Community Cabin Kitchen Renovation Project, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilwoman Hemann moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal Committee <br />review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Scarl and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Hemann, Start, Gilchrist, Williamson, Limpert, Madden, Glassburn <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilwoman Hemann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Scarl and passed <br />7-0. <br />
