Council Minutes of 05-03-2023 Roll Call Yes: Williamson, Madden, Scarl, Hemann, Limpert, Glassburn, Gilchrist No: None Motion carried. Ordinance 2023-48 adopted 7-0. Resolution 2023-49 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Economic and Community Development to solicit Statements of qualifications for Architectural Services for various City projects through Calendar Year 2024, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed 7-0. Resolution 2023-49 adopted 7-0. Resolution 2023-55 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution adopting the Alternative Tax Budget of the City of North Olmsted for the Fiscal Year beginning January 1, 2024, and submitting the same to the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer and its Budget Commission, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2023-56 introduced by Mayor Jones, was placed on first reading and suspension of the rules requested. A Resolution dispensing with the formal RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with SIXMO company to provide construction management services for the Senior Center and Community Cabin Kitchen Renovation Project, and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Hemann moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal Committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Scarl and passed 7-0.
