A Resolution dispensing with the RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Hyland Software, Inc., to provide digital imaging services for the purpose of converting street file images at a cost of $3,235.30. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Cuyahoga County Land Reutilization Corporation to purchase vacant property known as Permanent Parcel Number 237-19-027. Councilman Limpert scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting for Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 6:55 p.m. to discuss Ordinances 2023-52, 2023-53, 2023-54 and 2023-66, as well as PDC Case #23-24148. The Mayor and/or designee were asked to attend.
