Council Minutes of 05-16-2023 <br />the City of North Olmsted for 2023, and further authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval of the Board <br />of Control, to enter into a contract for said insurance coverage, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2023-61 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. An Ordinance to authorize <br />the execution of Then and Now Certificates by the Finance Director and the payment of amounts due for <br />various purchase orders and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2023-62 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. A Resolution dispensing with <br />the RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Hyland Software, Inc. to provide <br />digital imaging services at a cost of $43,443.00 in approved ARPA funds, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2023-63 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. A Resolution dispensing with <br />the RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Hyland Software, Inc., to <br />provide digital imaging services for the purpose of converting street file images at a cost of $3,235.30. <br />Ordinance 2023-64 introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. An Ordinance to make <br />appropriations for the Great Northern Bridge Project for the year ending December 31, 2023. <br />Resolution 2023-65 introduced by President Pro Tempore Williamson, on behalf of Council President <br />Brossard and all of Council and placed on first reading. A Resolution recognizing Springvale Ballroom and <br />celebrating its 100th Anniversary, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Limpert moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal Committee review. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Hemann and passed 6-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Limpert, Hemann, Gilchrist, Williamson, Madden, Scarl <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. An Ordinance authorizing <br />the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Cuyahoga County Land Reutilization Corporation to <br />purchase vacant property known as Permanent Parcel Number 237-19-027. <br />Councilman Limpert scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting for <br />Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 6:55 p.m. to discuss Ordinances 2023-52, 2023-53, 2023-54 and 2023-66, as <br />well as PDC Case #23-24148. The Mayor and/or designee were asked to attend. <br />
