The transmittal <br />must be approved by Customer and countersigned <br />by Hyland. <br />The media type SFTP will be used to return the <br />electronic data and will be identified by Customer <br />and communicated to Hyland by the project start <br />date. <br />Customer is responsible to retrieve electronic data <br />from the SFTP and import into their system. <br />Customer Is responsible to check for errors during <br />the import process and verify totals imported match <br />totals sent. Customer is responsible to report any <br />errors or discrepancies immediately to allow timely <br />resolution. <br />Retention . Upon receipt of the electronic data, customer has 30 <br />days to validate the data and must report any <br />service issues to: ImagingSupporl@Hyland.com <br />If no issues are reported within the validation period, <br />the data will be considered accurate and complete. <br />After the validation period, electronic records will be <br />purged. <br />Formatting Renamed Searchable PDF <br />Retrieval . Document Retrieval can be provided via Email, FTP, <br />Shipping, or Hyland courier service. Request a <br />document by entailing: <br />ImagingSupport@Hyland.com <br />All retrieval requests made by an authorized <br />• individual during Hyland's standard business hours <br />(8 00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, <br />excluding Hyland holidays) will be processed and <br />transmitted within one (1) business day of the <br />request <br />
