<br />• This work will be completed as coordinated with Purchaser Any painting on concrete surfaces is not
<br />warranted.. Chlorinated rubber -alkyd, thermoplastic material is not included in our scope of services.
<br />• if charges to current layout have been requested, Purchaser is required to provide Contractor with a
<br />detailed drawing designating exact layout of area to be striped..
<br />• If Purchaser Hoes not provide a detailed striping layout, Conaactor will exercise its best effort to re -stripe
<br />the area per the existing layout and will not be held responsible for discrepancies in new layout and
<br />stencils.
<br />• Contractor is not responsible for obtaining current ADA, Federal, State, & Local Parking Lot Stripe Codes
<br />and w re -designing existing striping layout.
<br />• All paint used is COOT approved traffic paint.
<br />• May include handicap (with blue field), reserves, snows, hashing, etc.
<br />• Excludes light pole bases, curbs, and bollards.
<br />• Purchaser agrees to pay Contractor a minimum of $600 for each additional mobilization required for
<br />striping not listed above.

<br />The Unit Rates applicable to the categories of work to be performed pursuant to this Agreement are based on the material costs and
<br />published indexes as of the date of this proposal. Purchaser acknowledges that if the above -listed items increase by the date all work under
<br />the contract is completed, the Unit Rates applicable to the categories of work to be performed under the Proposal shall be adjusted. The
<br />adjusted Unit Rates shall be committed and paid by the purchaser as though a written change order were approved and signed by both
<br />parties.
