<br />Holland Paving & Sealcoating has the confidence to stand by its work with one of the strongest warmnbes available in our area. We offer a
<br />1 year limited warranty for all reclaim and full depth asphalt replacement jobs & a 1 year limited warranty for all milling & asphalt overlay
<br />jobs unless otherwise specified in your contract. Holland Paving & Suffocating warrants and guarantees the quality of materials and
<br />workmanship for stated period in each job type from the date of installation of the materials. Any such area determined to fall within the
<br />warranty parameters will be repaired according to industry standards. The repair will be patched antl will be visible. There is no warranty on
<br />pothole repair or asphalt repairs in parking lots and driveways with major cracking.
<br />All newly installed curbing Carries a 1 year limited warranty of materials and workmanship while all curbing repairs of any III no carry no
<br />warranty.
<br />Sealcoating, crack sealing and line striping carries a 90 day limited warranty. This warranty does not cover damage due to sprinkler systems

<br />Movement: Asphalt and Concrete move with the subsoils found below the installed base material. During the freeze and thaw cycles we
<br />experience, the subsoil moves. The amount of movement you see is reflective of the type of subsoil you have, not the amount of base
<br />installed. Clay subsoils for example may show a lot of movement, whereas sandy subsoil may show little movement. If there is enough
<br />movement in the subsoil, the asphalt or concrete will move with the ground. The pavement may be pushed up or settle down depending on
<br />the movement Occurring. We have no control over this movement and your new asphafl or concrete surface may reflect some of this
<br />movement once the freeze/thaw cycle stabilizes.
